We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified flag football coaches and referees to join our team.

As a coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

As a referee, you will be responsible for ensuring fair play and upholding the rules of the game during matches.

Qualifications

All applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and be passionate about playing the game the right way! Experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective training sessions that align with the goals and objectives of the program.
• Develop game strategies that are age-appropriate and align with the skill level of the players.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to players during training sessions and matches.
• Ensure that all games are conducted in a fair and sportsmanlike manner, and enforce the rules of the game when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders regarding program updates and player progress.
